Many of our clients employ highly creative and exceptional people. Managing this sort of 'extreme' talent can be a real challenge. We believe that there is much that Art and Business can learn from each other. We think that many of the competencies that make the difference between success and failure for outstanding individuals cross these boundaries.
We are also passionate about supporting emerging talent. Business has a great deal to offer up and coming 'stars' not just in their own organisations but in the wider world.
These two agendas come together in our sponsorship of the Lez Azuriales Ozone International Young Artists programme. We have been proud to work with Sarah Holford, Founder and President of the Festival, since the inception of this event 6 years ago and together we have refined our programme to extend it beyond the traditional 'beauty parade' approach to a geniunely personal mentoring experience: Sarah and her team provide access to the highest quality musical coaching and contacts and Ozone providing business mentoring, practical help and encouragement.
In the last few years we have seen our singers go from strength to strength, gaining places on prestigious programmes such as the Royal Opera House and even taking their first steps on the professional ladder with companies such as Diva Opera.
